When I first met Odell Bradley I was banged up - shoulder pains, lower back pains. I had tried other trainers and programs but they seemed to continue to injure me. Odell, with his Kinesiology background took control and designed workouts that stabilized my injuries and after his hard work and devotion to me, I am now stronger than I’ve been since my 20’s. I've been training with different trainers for over 4 years and with Odell for the last year and a half. Odell is by far the best trainer I've come in contact with. No matter what goal someone is trying to attain, Odell will tailor a program for that person's goals. Many trainers will do slight modifications of the same workout depending on whether you'd like to bulk up, tone up, etc. Not Odell. He takes a personal interest in each of his clients and doesn't act as if the client is just another session. In my time training with Odell I've seen a vast improvement in my strength and muscle tone. In addition to this Odell has helped me with my diet and my cardiovascular training. After a few sessions working with Odell he noticed I was not flexible at all. He asked how I was stretching before working out and corrected what I was doing wrong. I'm 34 years old and for the first time in my life, I'm about to be able to touch my toes. I'd recommend Odell to anyone looking to improve yourself and your workout.
